How do I register and pay for a course?
To register and pay for your online course, simply click on the course title. Next, select the ‘Add to Cart’ and then ‘Check Out’ button. On the Sign-in page, if you have an account with the college, login under the ‘Existing Account’ area with your username and password.
If you are new and do not have an account, simply follow the steps under the ‘Create an Account’ box. Once you have created an account you will be sent to your Check Out Cart to enter in your credit card information for payment.
Once you have successfully paid online, a registration confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
What is your refund policy?
Once you have purchased a course, you will gain access to the entire course and course content within hours of purchase. Therefore, we do not allow for refunds. How do I receive access to my online course and how quickly do I receive access to my online course?
Within 48 hours of purchase, you should receive an email with login information to your online course. If you do not receive access to your online course within 48 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder as it can sometimes get caught there or please email us at Registration.Team@CampusCE.com
Does my class have a mentor and if so, how do I interact with my mentor?
Many of online courses are supported by an Educational Mentor. The class description will state if a course is Mentor Supported; the mentor information is part of the description, and is marked by an asterisk in the blue field above the “add to cart” button. If the class description does not include Mentor Supported as part of the description, then the class does not have a mentor.
Educational Mentors are contacted through the Learning Management System portal. You will get access to the Learning Management portal within 48 hours of course purchase. The Educational Mentors have worked or are working in the subject they mentor. Educational Mentors review student work, student progress, and interact with students as needed. They respond to any questions or concerns you might have, as well as encourage and motivate you to succeed.
How many hours does it take to complete my course?
The number of hours it takes to complete a course varies. The course description indicates how many contact hours are attached to your course. As a rule, the number of hours listed is just an estimate. You can go at your own pace and have the ability to complete your course more quickly.
My course includes textbooks. When will my books arrive?
Some of our courses include e-books, some of our courses do not include text books, and some of our courses include hard text books. Please read the course description to locate this information. The course description will list any materials included in the course. All materials (e-book or hard text book) are included in the cost of the course. When we have successfully processed payment, we will request that any hard textbooks be shipped within the first 48 hours. If your course includes hard textbooks, these textbooks should arrive by 15 business days. If your course includes an e-book, you will receive access to the e-book within 5 business days of purchase.
